Key responsibility

  • Deliver high‑quality civil designs across urban development, infrastructure, and related projects.
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to designers and drafters.
  • Review and refine design outputs to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Project Managers to manage workloads, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Prepare plans, drawings, calculations and documentation for authority submissions and client deliverables.
  • Help shape internal systems, procedures, and technology use.

Required experience

  • 10+ years’ experience in civil design, spanning concept through to detailed design.
  • Strong capability in AutoCAD, 12d Model, and relevant design software.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and a problem‑solving approach.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • A passion for improving processes, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to a high-performing team culture.
