About the role

This is a well-rounded engineering role where you’ll be involved across design, project delivery and client engagement.

You’ll be working closely with Principal Engineers, supporting project delivery and gradually taking on more ownership. Your work will include civil design, preparing reports and proposals, coordinating with subconsultants, and managing project timelines and budgets.

There’s a strong focus on developing your project leadership capability. You won’t be left on your own, but you also won’t be held back if you’re ready to step up. As your confidence grows, you’ll lead your own projects from planning through to delivery.

What we are looking for

Must have:

• RPEQ (or close to obtaining)
• Around 10+ years’ experience in civil engineering
• Experience across multidisciplinary projects
• Solid technical design capability and understanding of project delivery
• Confidence dealing with clients, councils and contractors

Nice to have:

• Experience mentoring junior engineers
• Exposure to project management or leading small projects
• Desire to take ownership and progress into a leadership role

This role will suit someone who enjoys both technical work and taking responsibility for delivering outcomes.
