About the Role

We are seeking a Civil Designer with land development experience to join our Perth office. Located centrally in Balcatta and close to great local cafés and lunch spots, you’ll enjoy our modern open‑plan workspace, supportive team culture and a well‑stocked kitchen. You’ll work on a range of projects with the primary focus on residential subdivisions and civil infrastructure. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of a Senior Civil Designer, while also working closely with cadet designers.

Key responsibility

• Civil design and drafting using 12d Model and AutoCAD.
• Prepare detailed calculations, plans, and documentation for submission to authorities.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards and codes.

Required experience

• 5+ years’ experience in civil design, ideally with land development including roads, stormwater, and earthworks.
• Proficient in 12d Model and AutoCAD.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work collaboratively.
• Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
