The Role

We’re looking for an Administrator to support the day-to-day running of facilities management services at HMP Holme House.

You’ll be part of a busy on-site team keeping operations organised, compliant, and running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

Liaising with contractors and site teams
Updating and closing jobs on CAFM systems
Maintaining spreadsheets, systems and reports
Supporting vetting and onboarding of new starters
General admin support to the Site Manager and Team Leaders

Strong admin experience in a fast-paced office
Good IT skills (Excel, systems, data entry)
Organised and able to prioritise workload
Confident communicator with different stakeholders
Team player with a flexible approach
