The role

  • Lead and manage a large FM team, including performance and disciplinary processes

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term estate management

  • Build strong working relationships with the prison and client teams

  • Ensure full compliance with H&S, statutory and mandatory requirements

  • Deliver KPIs and drive high standards across service delivery

  • Maintain environmental standards and site systems


What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience managing large teams in a Hard FM environment

  • Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and compliance requirements

  • Experience preparing for audits and maintaining statutory compliance

  • Solid background in Hard FM (ideally 5+ years)

  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills

  • FM or technical qualification (preferred)
