Salary: £28,294 – £30,862 (depending on experience)

We’re building an exciting new Mobile Team supporting the Ministry of Justice—and this is your opportunity to be part of it from the start.

 

As a Scheduling Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role at the heart of operations, helping to organise and support engineers delivering vital services across prisons in the Midlands and Wales. Your work will directly contribute to keeping essential facilities safe, compliant and running smoothly.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Planning and coordinating schedules for Mobile Engineers
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the mobile team
  • Managing paperwork, work orders, timesheets and training records
  • Analysing data and producing reports for management
  • Supporting meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
  • Monitoring budgets and identifying efficiencies
  • Helping drive improvements and new ways of working

 

 What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisation and coordination skills
  • Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook etc.)
  • Previous scheduling or coordination experience (desirable)
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Understanding of operational environments (desirable)

 

Prison Security Clearance will be required (Amey will support you through this process).
