Cleaner – HMP Kirklevington Grange (Yarm)
Salary: £14,064
Hours: 20 per week | Mon–Fri, 08:00–12:00
Contract: Permanent
Location: TS15 9PA
We’re recruiting a Cleaner to join the team at HMP Kirklevington Grange, a smaller, well‑run prison with a calm working environment and supportive team.

What you’ll do
- Clean buildings to required standards
- Use chemicals and equipment safely
- Restock and manage cleaning supplies
- Follow all health, safety and security procedures
What we’re looking for
- Reliable and punctual team player
- Experience cleaning large buildings
- Comfortable working in a prison environment
- Able to use cleaning chemicals and machinery safely
Prison security clearance and Standard DBS required – we’ll support you through this.
