The Role
Amey is recruiting a General Operative / Handyperson to join our Facilities Management team at HMP Buckley Hall, supporting the Ministry of Justice.
This is a hands-on role carrying out general maintenance across a large, secure site.
What you’ll be doing
- General maintenance and DIY tasks across site
- Assisting skilled tradespeople
- Basic building repairs and upkeep
- Supporting wider FM tasks as required
What we’re looking for
- Experience in general maintenance or DIY
- Good time management and reliability
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Team player who can follow instructions
- Comfortable working across a large site
