Title:  On-Site Plumber

Plumber – HMP Leeds (LS12 2TJ)
£30,866 – £36,135 + 15% weekend allowance + call-out pay
39 hours per week

We’re looking for a Plumber to join our FM team at HMP Leeds – a stable, long-term contract delivering essential services on site.

Hours

• 39 hours per week

• Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00

• Fri–Sun: 08:00–16:00

• 1 in 3 weekends (15% allowance)

• Call-out rota (paid separately)

The role

• Planned & reactive maintenance

• Mains water supply repairs

• Fault finding & general plumbing repairs

• Water checks, sampling & risk assessments

• Identifying and replacing life-expired equipment

What you’ll need

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating

• Maintenance experience (commercial preferred)

• Full UK driving licence

• Basic IT skills

• Legionella (L8) – desirable
