Account Manager – PFI (Avon & Somerset Courts)

You’ll lead delivery across three key sites, including Bristol Magistrates Court, North Somerset Courthouse, and Queensway House. You’ll be shaping performance, strengthening client relationships and driving long-term value in a complex, high-profile environment.

What you will do
- Lead a multi-site PFI contract, ensuring full compliance and excellent service delivery
- Take ownership of P&L, budgets and forecasts, driving performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Responsibility of asset management and lifecycle planning
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the main client contact
- Lead and develop your team, creating a high-performing, accountable culture
- Drive continuous improvement across operations, performance and efficiency
- Champion health & safety and compliance across all sites
- Work closely with internal teams to support business planning and future opportunities
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience managing PFI contracts, FM operations or multi-site services (public sector or regulated environments preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness with P&L experience
- Confident leadership skills – able to motivate, challenge and develop teams
- Experience managing client relationships and handling stakeholder expectations
- A track record of improving performance, driving change or delivering results
- Solid understanding of health & safety and compliance
- Confidence using data and performance metrics to drive decisions
Bonus if you have:
- Experience in justice, public sector or complex contract environments
- Supporting bids, mobilisation or contract growth
- FM or technical qualifications (e.g. IWFM, NEBOSH)
