Title: Customer Service Operator
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Customer Service Advisor to be based onsite in Central London.
The salary is £26,250.00 increasing as training modules are completed, with the potential to earn an additional £2,500 once all training is finished.
HOURS OF WORK: 36.25 Per Week. You will be required to work on a rota basis between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday-Friday

In this position, you’ll ensure seamless operations for both visitors and staff by expertly managing facilities, coordinating calls and bookings, and responding swiftly to urgent building needs. What you will do:
- Ensuring smooth operations for visitors and staff alike.
- Deliver a warm, professional reception service, greeting visitors and providing expert advice about our facilities.
- Handle incoming calls with confidence, prioritising requests and directing them to the right service provider to keep everything running smoothly.
- Manage meeting room bookings and key collection, ensuring spaces are used efficiently for meetings, functions, and events.
- Orchestrate bookings for conferences and exhibitions, helping customers achieve their objectives in a dynamic environment.
