Your New Role:

 

The Customer Service Advisor role is seen as crucial to the overall success of the Front of House operation in this contract. The Customer Service Advisor’s role will, over time, encompass all of the Front of House services by successfully completing multiskilling training provided which includes a financial incentive on completion of each module.

 

The standard hours of work are 36.25 Per Week. Staff are required to work on a rota basis between 07:30 and 18:00 Monday-Friday.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

  • Provision of an efficient reception service, welcoming visitors to the Building and providing advice and information regarding the range and levels of facilities within the building
  • Answering calls from building users, categorise the calls in accordance to the priority and contract and to forward to the appropriate service provider
  • To follow up all urgent, H&S and security tasks and to ensure satisfactory completion
  • Taking calls to book meeting rooms, functions, conferences and exhibitions. Ensuring that all spaces are efficiently and effectively used to meet the customer’s requirements and achieve their objectives
  • Management of issue/collection of meeting room keys and monitoring meeting room use

 

We want to hear from you if you have:

 

  • Experience in Customer Services and/or reception, concierge within a high-profile environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and smart appearance
  • Team player but with the ability to work on own initiative and also being able to work in a team
  • Flexible attitude to a changing environment
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Friendly and tactful personality
  • Being able to handle difficult situations and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good timekeeping

The successful Candidate needs to obtain Security Clearance. To obtain clearance you’re required to be a UK permanent resident for the last 5 years
