Title: Pre-works Coordinator
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Pre-Works Co-ordinator to join our dynamic Staffordshire County Council Account. This role will be based on-site at our Stafford depot (ST16 2LP)
The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
What You’ll Do:
- Receive and process works orders, collaborating with Pre Site Technicians to prepare sites for programming.
- Review works orders for SLA/Contract compliance and liaise with the generator in case of queries.
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials, supply chain, permits, risk assessments, safety compliance, and traffic management as needed.
- Complete resource programmes for sign-off by the Operations Controller and allocate works orders for Pre Site Inspection, Programming, or return to the client for more information.
- Log all works as required, continuously improve service levels, and maximise resource productivity by reducing wasted time, materials, and operational costs.
