Your New Role

 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Success factor Reporting Analyst to join our Human Resources team, supporting our Group Business Unit. This is a Full time, permanent position that offers Remote working.

The purpose of the role is to harness the power of data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making within Amey’s People function, supporting HR data management, analysis and systems optimisation.

The role is key in driving innovative and ever-evolving dashboards and reports that are surfaced using Microsoft Power BI, used to manage and analyse HR-related data to extract actionable insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

 

The standard hours of work are based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday

 

The salary for this role is between £35,000 and £45,000 dependent on experience

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining HR databases, systems and reporting tools to ensure accurate and secure storage of HR data.
  • Supporting any migrations of data between SAP ECC6 and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Regularly auditing data management practices to promote continuous improvement.
  • Design and develop suite of MI & reporting information in the relevant prescribed format (SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, EPI-USE).
  • Working with key stakeholders on the design and manage content of data held in Power BI.
  • Supporting the administration and customisation of cloud-based HR Information System, SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system enhancements, changes requiring integration/back-end system configuration and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Position Management & maintenance of corporate structure including workflow/GAS within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Maintenance of role-based permissions for user/reporting access within SAP SuccessFactors
  • Supporting continuous service improvement with People Services based upon team and customer feedback.
  • Encouraging a culture of multi-skilling within People Services team.
  • Support the transition of process / improvement projects into BAU.

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • Experience is essential in cloud-based HR information systems such as SAP & Success Factors
  • Success Factors user story reporting is essential 
  • Experience in using data visualisation tools 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of using Query Manager 4.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other similar language.
  • Knowledge of Excel Macros and VBA.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in HR data management, analytics or systems administration.
  • Experience using analytical software.
  • Experience with cloud-based HR systems implementation and migration projects (Desirable).
