Are you a veteran looking to transition smoothly into civilian life? Our "Service To Success" programme at Amey is designed to support you every step of the way. We are currently inviting applications from veterans and service leavers for our military programme throughout 2024 and 2025. You can be based anywhere in the UK to be suitable for this proogramme. 

Who We're Looking For: We are seeking military leavers who are in their resettlement. Our programme consists of three main elements:

Phase 1 - Pre-Transition Preparation: Get ready for your new journey with comprehensive preparation tailored to your needs.

Phase 2 - Mentoring and Skills Development: Benefit from personalised mentoring and skills development to enhance your employability.

Phase 3 - Ongoing Support: Receive continuous support to ensure a smooth transition and long-term success in your civilian career

The transition from military to civilian life can be daunting, and barriers to employment are one of the biggest challenges former Armed Forces personnel face.
