The Placement Programme
Our one-year placements are perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience while completing their degree. As part of our programme, you will:
- Assist in creating technically robust engineering solutions.
- Gain practical experience supporting the preparation and checking of designs, calculations, drawings, and documentation.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.
- Benefit from guidance and mentorship from industry-leading experts.
You’ll be paired with a ‘buddy’ and a mentor who will guide you through your placement, ensuring you develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge to shine.

What we need from you
Minimum requirements:
- Able to start the placement on 1st September 2025
- Commitment to complete the placement for the duration.
- Currently studying towards a degree in a related subject.
