The Placement Programme

 

Our one-year placements are perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience while completing their degree. As part of our programme, you will:

  • Assist in creating technically robust engineering solutions.
  • Gain practical experience supporting the preparation and checking of designs, calculations, drawings, and documentation.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely project outcomes.
  • Benefit from guidance and mentorship from industry-leading experts.

 

You’ll be paired with a ‘buddy’ and a mentor who will guide you through your placement, ensuring you develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge to shine.

What we need from you

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Able to start the placement on 1st September 2025
  • Commitment to complete the placement for the duration.
  • Currently studying towards a degree in a related subject.
