We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Customer Service Operator to join our dynamic Trafford team at our Tatton House Depot in Manchester, (M23 9LF). This role is a hybrid role with up to two days working from home.  

 

This position offers a competitive salary and overtime.

 

In this role, you will support the Trafford account to deliver effective and efficient customer service, by resolving customer/councillor requests, queries & complaints. You will provide first line support to all operational teams, ensuring all responses adhere to a quality standard level of customer service.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer queries, requests, and complaints from customers and local councillors.
  • Process calls, emails, and web requests via Amey’s software, ensuring job ownership until completion.
  • Escalate customer requests as needed and understand contract response times and Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor and jeopardy manage all potential customer impacting issues, highlighting any areas which may adversely impact customer perception.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including running reports.
  • Provide training to new employees and assist in creating performance reports for the Customer Services Manager.
