Title: New Territory Growth Marketing Manager
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent New Territories Growth Marketing Manager based onsite in Central London.
HOURS OF WORK: 37.5 Hour Monday to Friday

Reporting to the International Growth Manager you will support the expansion of Amey into new and emerging territories by delivering high-quality, insight-led marketing that strengthens local awareness, positions our capabilities clearly, and supports work-winning activities.
What you will do:
Lead digital content and territory marketing delivery
- Support local marketing planning for new and emerging territories, ensuring alignment with global brand standards and business strategy.
- Own and manage territory‑specific digital content, with a strong focus on website copy, propositions, landing pages and supporting assets.
- Write, edit and optimise high‑quality copy across web, email, social, digital campaigns, thought leadership and capability materials.
- Upload, maintain and govern content within CMS platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and quality.
- Adapt global propositions and content for local relevance while protecting brand integrity, tone of voice and messaging consistency.
- Maintain a structured library of proof points, case studies, success stories and credentials to support digital channels, campaigns and bids.
Deliver integrated, omnichannel marketing activity
- Plan and deliver territory‑specific marketing plans, including digital campaigns, social activity and targeted outreach.
- Support the execution of digital campaigns, including targeting, segmentation, content optimisation and performance reporting.
- Coordinate the development of local case studies, capability materials, social content and digital assets.
- Take responsibility for social media marketing activity, working closely with Corporate Affairs to ensure aligned messaging and narratives.
Insight‑led marketing and continuous improvement
- Conduct desktop research on markets, competitors and client needs to inform positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market activity.
- Develop a strong understanding of client and stakeholder needs in each new territory, using insight to shape content and campaigns.
- Track and support reporting on marketing performance, using data and insight to inform decisions and optimise activity.
- Support the rollout of marketing processes, systems and measurement frameworks across new territories.
Project, stakeholder and agency management
- Own and manage multiple marketing workstreams simultaneously, from brief through to delivery and reporting.
- Manage small projects independently, proactively managing timelines, dependencies and risks, and escalating where appropriate.
- Brief and manage internal teams and external agencies (design, content, digital) to ensure timely, high‑quality outputs.
- Work collaboratively across brand, digital, content, analytics and design teams to deliver efficiently and consistently.
AI‑enabled marketing delivery
- Use AI tools responsibly and effectively to enhance content creation, optimisation, research and workflow efficiency.
- Actively explore opportunities where AI can improve speed, consistency and insight without compromising quality or brand standards.
- Apply strong judgement and quality control to AI‑enabled outputs, ensuring accuracy, relevance and alignment with brand and business objectives.
What you will bring:
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns, content, digital activity, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects across regions.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to new markets and cultures.

- Strong writing skills for marketing materials (digital, social, web, collateral, and light bid support).
- Experience using CMS, CRM, or email marketing platforms.
- Good understanding of marketing performance metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with design principles and ability to brief creative teams effectively.
