The Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Executive PA to join Amey within the Consulting business.
The role
As the Executive PA you will provide organisational and business support to Business Directors across the consulting business.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing seamless support with little need for supervision.
- Full management and responsibility of the Directors diary ensuring their time is utilised constructively.
- Proactively filter, respond to and follow through on all queries, calls and emails.
- Management of projects within own area and on behalf of the Directors.
- Prioritise workload and respond to frequently changing demands.
- Maintain excellent communication with the Directors ensuring they are fully prepared for any meetings.
- Positive networking within own area in order to follow through on delivery of actions on behalf of the Directors.
- Coordinate and organise logistics around high volume of travel and diary arrangements.
- Liaise with other Business Support functions and Senior Management both internally and externally.
- Provide excellent communication on behalf of the Directors ensuring they are represented professional and appropriately.
- Act as a role model for others within the Business Support family.
What you will bring to us:
- High academic standard or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Relevant management / business support qualification.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Able to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrable evidence of excellent customer liaison skills.
- Solid experience of working at an Executive Director level
- Proven experience of multi tasing and prioritising in a demanding environment.
- Financial control and reporting on projects.
- Evidence of project management / coordination
- Ability to work effectively and professionally with colleagues.
- Experienced dealing with confidential information.
