  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities such as progress reports, site diaries, photographs, measures and quality control records.
  • Carry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure that the work complies with health and safety guidelines, environmental regulations, and the project’s drawings and specification.
  • Assist in rectifying any issues/technical queries that may arise on site, discussing and agreeing suitable resolutions with design engineers.
  • Understand the works programme and review against the actual works progress on site and highlight potential delays promptly.
  • Review and provide feedback on Sub-Contractors monthly payment applications and attend meetings with design engineers and commercial representatives to discuss these.
  • Conduct weekly scheme progress meeting with the main Sub-Contractors and issue weekly progress meeting minutes to all attendees.
  • Assist design engineers in the development of the health and safety file and waste management plan.
  • Attend meetings at Polmadie office or on site as and when required by the Site Manager.
  • Comply with Company procedures and legal obligations at all times, promoting best practice.

We want to hear from you if you have:
