We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Administrator in Catterick, North Yorkshire.

Hours of work: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday

Join our vibrant, inclusive community in Regional Accommodation Maintenance Services working on Damp & Mould delivering critical services for service Families Accommodation that makes a real positive impact across the UK.

 

What you will do:

  • Undertake and provide general ‘team’ administrative duties as and when required to the wider Damp & Mould Team.
  • Input and maintain spread sheets/databases/systems and produce and collate reports
  • Distribute and share information internally to ensure customer needs are met
  • Receive and disseminate information to other team members to ensure delivery
  • Maintain office systems in an orderly manner
  • Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team.
  • Assist with the delivery of services to the Stakeholder as prescribed by team leader/management

 

What you will bring:

  • Friendly and professional manner, conscientious and confident approach to duties.  Flexible and adaptable.
  • Familiarity with database applications.
  • Microsoft programmes such as Excel and MS Teams
  • GCSE Level or equivalent
  • NVQ Level or equivalent
