Title: Lifecycle Manager
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Lifecycle Manager at Integrated House, Tong High School Site, Westgate Hill Street, Bradford, BD4 6NG – This role includes traveling across our Bradford Schools sites with hybrid working. A company car will be provided.
The salary is dependent on experience
The hours of work will be – 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.
Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Bradford Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 10 schools (7 secondary and 3 Special Educational Needs).

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.
What you will do:
- Preparation and submission of annual budgeted Lifecycle Plans
- Management of the Lifecycle Risk associated with all Assets and Systems
- Monthly Lifecycle Financial Reporting – both internal and to client
- Liaison with key Amey stakeholders and Clients
- Preparation of Procurement Plans to inform delivery of the Lifecycle Plans
- Management of Suppliers
- Delivery of Lifecycle Projects through engagement with Project Managers, Suppliers and other key Stakeholders
- Drive implementation of the Amey Zero Code
What you will bring:
- Ability to identify and prioritise Lifecycle Risk
- Sound understanding of Lifecycle Financial Models
- Understanding of Lifecycle management in relation to PFI
- Flexibility to work within a team environment across multiple accounts
- Good computer skills and experience with programmes (Word, Excel, Project)
- Ability to engage with Suppliers, Clients and colleagues alike with an understanding of the different dynamic required for each
- Understanding of CDM and Building Regulations
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Previous experience as a Lifecycle Manager on FM Contracts, preferably within PFI (desirable)
- H&S Experience and credentials (IOSH, Nebosh, SMSTS etc)
- Trade background preferred (not necessarily essential for the right candidate)
