Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust provides a comprehensive mental healthcare service with a range of specialist mental health services to communities that span the West Midlands. The Trust serves a culturally and socially diverse population of 1.3 million spread over 172 square miles. Amey has been delivered integrated facilities management services and lifecycle works to the Trust since 2002. Our team of 80 employees maintain 22 buildings across the Solihull area of Birmingham, including outpatient and inpatient mental health wards. You will be responsible for: Check tasks that were raised OOH, put a response time on, speak to engineer who attended any urgent/emergency tasks or confirm with site regarding p3 jobs, add response time, add notes, and assign to relevant engineer. Any follow up jobs raised from urgent jobs must then be assigned to relevant engineer/specialist. Check NBMHT inbox and reply to all emails that have been sent OOH and throughout the day, save any emails/correspondence as a PDF and upload to tasks that they are relevant too. Check tasks due today and get update from engineers/contractors and put EOT on them if needed and with good reason, add notes to task. Upload job sheets onto tasks, enter time finished and notes from job card and either mark as complete or if further work is required and with good reason put EOT on. All EOT emails must be uploaded to tasks also. Job sheets need to be filed into the correct folders in the NBMHT inbox. Review engineers annual leave so can book in/plan works.   As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Business Administration Level 3 qualification. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this qualification by attending college 1-day per week, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office. We want to hear from you if you have: Passion for developing your skills both professional and personally and have the Enthusiasm to be part of a high performing team and a drive for success. You will have Minimum 2 GCSE’s (or equivalent) Grade A*-C. Must include Maths and English and Available to join the programme ASAP. In addition to this, it would be desirable if you are on track for gaining your driving licence.
