The Team and Role
The Energy, Transition & Sustainability (ET&S) Business within Amey Consulting team are dynamic and forward thinking, dedicated in driving the shift towards a greener future. Specialising in providing comprehensive solutions for our clients that combine cutting-edge technology with innovative strategies to optimise energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprints. Our commitment ensures that every project we undertake contributes meaningfully to the global effort against climate change.
This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Landscape Architect who is looking to develop and grow their career within an enthusiastic and passionate team of Landscape Architects. The successful candidate will be working to deliver exciting projects within the UK across a number of sectors, particularly within the Energy, transition and sustainability sectors. As Graduate Landscape Architect, you will assist Senior Landscape Architects in the design of landscape projects, creation of written reports/assesments and attend site visits.
As a Graduate, you will work alongside the team to:

Assist senior colleagues with developing landscape designs from inception to completion

Draft reports (including LVIA, Specifications for design and construction for hard and soft landscape)

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with global sustainability goals.

What We Need From You

A degree (minimum 2:1) in Landscape Architecture or any other relevant subject.

Strong knowledge of plants and construction materials

Ability to use various computer software programmes relevant to role; Competent using AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop or Sketchup

Good written and verbal communication skills

Team player, self-motivated and fast learner

Ability to work to deadlines and manage time with multiple tasks with limited supervision
