We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Graduate to join Amey in our Public Estates Account. Starting Salary: £28,500 per annum Location: Rotational covering all England and Northern Island (Birmingham, Belfast, Speke, Barnsley and Bradford) Start Date: September 2025 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours

We deliver bespoke asset and facilities management services tailored for clients in complex environments such as defence, justice, education, and health. We manage a diverse portfolio, including military homes, schools, prisons, and NHS estates, ensuring innovative, compliant, and user-focused solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead core operations, ensuring that accounts meet their strategic objectives by effectively managing people, assets, and materials. The role involves rotation across various locations, including Birmingham, Belfast, Speke, Barnsley, and Bradford, covering our England and Northern Ireland accounts. The first three months focus on working closely with the account and help desk teams to understand day-to-day operations, followed by months of hands-on experience running an account under the guidance of a senior Account Manager and/or Operations Manager. You'll gain exposure to executive leadership meetings and high-level decision-making, providing invaluable experience for a dynamic career in account management.
